Portrait of Maisie Adams

1. Uplift your spirits as Maisie Adams sets the stage for an unforgettable experience

We’re delighted to welcome Maisie Adams, popular British stand-up comedian, writer, and actress to the Zendesk Showcase stage as our event host. Adams’s first stand-up show, Living On The Edge was nominated for Best New Comedy at the 2017 Brighton Fringe. Later that year, she won the nationwide competition, So You Think You’re Funny? at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has appeared on numerous panel shows, including The Stand-Up Sketch Show and Richard Osman’s House of Games, and hosts the podcast That’s a First alongside fellow comedian Tom Lucy.

Prepare to shape the AI-powered future with insights from our visionary speakers

Join Zendesk leaders as we share our vision in our opening keynote session, ‘Unveiling what’s next: Revolutionising service with the power of AI.’ Discover how experts across industries in the UK are delivering breakthrough experiences using Zendesk and what it means to be customer-obsessed. Learn best practices from customer-relations experts Snapcall, BeAT Venue, and activpayroll and how they offer exceptional experiences and real-world value to customers every day.

3. Get a pulse on the latest CX trends and innovations in Zendesk products

Unpack the latest AI tools for customers, agents, and admins that are opening the door to more personalised experiences while reducing operational costs. And what’s more, you’ll have the opportunity to try them out for yourself. Experts will be on hand in our dedicated product demo area to provide live support, guidance, and advice on utilising state-of-the-art Zendesk technology—including our newest AI and Workforce Engagement (WEM) features.

We’ll also take a peek into the future of intelligent CX: how the role of agents will evolve, how CX organisations will morph, and which tool capabilities will expand in our breakout session, ‘CX 2027.’

4. Sharpen your skills through interactive breakout sessions

In eight exciting deep dive sessions featuring leading brands, CX and EX experts, customers, and sponsors, you’ll learn how our customisable platform creates differentiated customer and employee experiences. You’ll explore the combined impact of AI-powered workforce engagement solutions as optimisation drivers within CX teams, and discover the limitless possibilities of AI-powered EX in delivering exceptional employee experiences at scale.

These collaborative, expert-led sessions will reveal how you can turn CX into a competitive advantage, driving retention, loyalty, and revenue.

5. Build your network with a community of senior leaders

Our in-person event in London will bring together hundreds of senior business leaders, CX, EX, HR practitioners, and industry experts. Through facilitated and organic networking, you’ll build valuable connections for knowledge-sharing at Zendesk Showcase and beyond. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet our partners who can help you find the business integrations you didn’t know your business needed, and sponsors who understand our industry like no one else. Sponsors include Appamondo, Connect, Five9, MobileForce, PremiumPlus, RedK, Route101, Salto, Snapcall, Sparkly, and Ventrica

Check out highlights from last year’s edition in our video here.

At Zendesk Showcase, you’ll leave with the perspective, connections, and know-how to provide more meaningful experiences, deliver automated service through next-gen digital agents that customers love, and equip your agents and admins with the knowledge to harness customer data smartly and ethically in the AI-driven future of customer service.
