Airtable
Connects Zendesk action flows to Airtable using personal access tokens, enabling automated management of Airtable records directly from Zendesk workflows.
About this connector
The Airtable integration allows admins to connect Zendesk's action builder to Airtable, automating various data management tasks across both platforms. It enables creation, modification, deletion, and retrieval of Airtable records within Zendesk workflows. The integration supports both individual and batch operations, includes commenting functionality, and can retrieve table schemas. By connecting these systems, organizations can improve collaboration and maintain seamless data flow between Zendesk and Airtable, with all operations attributed to the connecting user account.
