About this app
Connect Zendesk Support to Maximizer CRM
For over 35 years, Maximizer has helped sales, service, and client-facing teams land, keep, and grow customers. This integration connects Zendesk Support to Maximizer CRM so support activity appears alongside the client record, giving sales, service, and advisory colleagues one shared view of the relationship — including teammates who don't have a Zendesk seat.
Key Features
Automated ticket logging - ticket status changes and assignee updates are written to the matched contact's Timeline in Maximizer automatically, so the customer record stays current without manual entry.
Ticket insights at a glance - status, priority, assignee, and a link back to the ticket are visible directly on the Timeline entry.
Configurable matching - admins choose how tickets are matched to Maximizer Address Book entries, by requester email, name, and/or organization.
Admin-managed setup - install, connect, and configure matching rules from Maximizer's App Directory; no per-user setup required.
Data Handling & Privacy
When a ticket is created or updated, this integration reads the following Zendesk ticket fields: ticket ID and URL, subject, description, status, priority, type, tags, assignee, requester name and email, organization, and timestamps. These fields are used solely to create or update a matching Timeline entry on the corresponding contact in your Maximizer CRM. Ticket comment/reply threads and attachments are never read or stored. Access to your Zendesk account is granted through Zendesk's OAuth authorization flow and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration, which stops all further data transfer. Ticket data is stored only within your own Maximizer CRM database, hosted on Microsoft Azure in Canada for North American customers and in the United Kingdom for EMEA customers, and is never sold or shared with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, our information security practices are aligned to ISO/IEC 27001, and the application undergoes penetration testing annually. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
Admin users can install and configure the integration through Maximizer's App Directory. For step-by-step setup instructions, see the Installation Guide.
A Maximizer subscription is required to use this integration. To learn more or start a trial, please contact Maximizer or visit the Maximizer website.
