About this app
Turn Zendesk conversations into searchable text
3Scribe Transcriptions automatically converts calls, voicemails and audio attachments in Zendesk into accurate, readable transcripts.
Completed transcripts are returned directly to the relevant Zendesk ticket, helping agents understand previous conversations without repeatedly listening to recordings and making spoken conversations searchable alongside the rest of your support history.
Work automatically or on demand
Choose which types of recordings should be transcribed automatically, or let agents request individual transcriptions directly from the ticket sidebar.
Supported languages
3Scribe currently supports transcription in 21 languages, with regional dialect support where available:
English (United States and Great Britain), Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish (United States and Spain), Swedish, and Turkish.
You can select the language for each transcription or use automatic language detection to let 3Scribe identify the spoken language automatically.
Use 3Scribe to:
Save agent time – review a transcript instead of replaying an entire call or voicemail.
Improve handovers – give the next agent immediate visibility into what was discussed.
Make conversations searchable – add previously inaccessible spoken content to the ticket history.
Automate transcription – automatically process selected Zendesk call and voicemail events.
Transcribe on demand – manually submit supported audio and video attachments from the ticket sidebar.
Choose your transcript format – control how completed transcripts are formatted when returned to Zendesk.
Work across languages – select a transcription language or allow 3Scribe to detect it automatically.
New 3Scribe accounts include 30 minutes of transcription credit.

Data and privacy
To provide the integration, 3Scribe accesses and processes the Zendesk ticket, recording or attachment information required to retrieve supported media, create the transcription and return the completed transcript to the appropriate ticket.
For full details of the Zendesk data accessed, how it is used, third-party processing and retention, please see our 3Scribe Zendesk Data & Privacy Disclosure.
