Andrei very kindly offered pro bono usage for this App as we're a small non-profit. Sadly due to some misunderstanding of ours over the Zendesk functionality we had access to, we haven't been able to use it ourselves, but 5 stars for the generosity of spirit!

I love this this app! It allows a very detailed tracking of macro usage across Zendesk. We can get the data per agent and use it in KPI reports. Drill-in is also great thing to understand the individual macro performance.

The Macro reporting will be very helpful to refine our process and structure in customer service.
