What the app does

Bubbling Alerts connects to Zendesk and imports chat and messaging conversations, including conversations with AI agents. The app opens your Bubbling dashboard inside Zendesk Support.

Tell Bubbling what you want to know about in plain English. For example, a customer requests a feature, shows interest in a product, mentions a competitor, or asks for a refund. Bubbling reviews new conversations after they end and alerts you when they match your monitors.

Data access and privacy

Bubbling accesses Zendesk ticket records, conversation messages, and related user records to import conversations and identify participants. It stores imported message text, author names, timestamps, ticket identifiers, subjects, statuses, and channels. It also stores customer identifiers, names, email addresses, and locale where available. Message text can contain personal information that participants provide.

Bubbling uses these conversations with AI service providers to identify matches for your monitors and generate summaries and alerts. It stores the results for your dashboard and sends alert content through email or Slack according to your settings. Account identifiers and connection credentials support authentication and continued imports.
