Elaichi brings Zendesk and 700+ other apps into the AI tools your team already uses, so support, ops and engineering can search, summarise and act across every tool in one place.
Ask about open tickets in plain language. Pull a customer's full history without opening a tab. Draft a reply, tag a ticket, or update a user, and let your agent do the same across Jira, Slack, HubSpot and the rest of your stack in the same flow. Elaichi works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any MCP client, and the Elaichi Agent.
Every call runs under your own OAuth grant and your own Zendesk permissions, so nobody can read or change more than they already can. Admins add role-based rules on top to decide which people and which agents may use which tool, backed by SSO, SCIM and a full audit log.
Data Use
Authorizing this integration grants Elaichi access only to the Zendesk data your team requests at the moment they request it. Responses pass through to the AI tool that asked for them. We do not train models on your data, and records are stored only where you turn that on for your own use. For full details, review our Privacy Policy.

How to install
How to get started
Elaichi runs outside Zendesk. There is nothing to install inside your Zendesk account.
- Create a workspace: Sign up at elaichi.ai and invite your team, or connect your SSO provider.
- Connect Zendesk: In Elaichi, choose Zendesk and authorize it securely via OAuth. Your own Zendesk permissions carry over.
- Set the rules: Pick which roles and which agents may use each Zendesk tool, and whether they can write as well as read.
- Connect your AI tool: Link Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any MCP client, or use the Elaichi Agent, and start asking questions.
