How to install

  1. In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations > Zendesk Support apps.

  2. Find and install In App Notifier from Zendesk Marketplace.

  3. Open the app in the nav bar to create notification rules and message content.

  4. Test rules from a ticket to confirm modals appear as expected.

  5. Publish your rule configuration for your support team.
