Operating directly in the global navigation bar, this app bypasses the native 100-ticket UI limit by utilizing safe API chunking. It includes dynamic domain-specific filtering, allowing you to instantly isolate trusted senders and ensure legitimate customer inquiries are quickly restored to your active views without tripping Zendesk's API rate limits.
Data Privacy & Security DisclosureYour data security is the top priority. Spam Recovery Pro is a 100% client-side application that operates entirely within your Zendesk instance using the native Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF).
• No External Data Processing: No customer data, ticket content, email addresses, or personally identifiable information (PII) is ever transmitted to, stored on, or processed by external servers or third-party databases.• Native API Routing: All queue fetching and bulk-recovery actions are executed locally, directly between your browser and Zendesk's secure API endpoints.• Strict Access Control: The app inherits the active user's existing permissions and OAuth token, meaning it only has access to what the logged-in agent is authorized to see. No external API keys are generated or stored.

How to install
Click Install.
- In the installation settings, we highly recommend restricting this app to the Admin role (or a custom management role) to prevent frontline agents from accidentally recovering malicious spam.
Once installed, refresh your browser and click the Spam Recovery Pro icon in your left-hand global navigation bar to launch the dashboard.
