Hugi is a customer-feedback analytics platform built by Hugi.ai. We help product, support, and leadership teams understand what their customers are experiencing at scale, using AI to turn large volumes of support conversations into clear, actionable voice-of-customer insight.

This integration connects your Zendesk account to Hugi. After you authorize the connection, Hugi syncs your Zendesk support data and analyzes it across themes, sentiment, urgency, and trends. Instead of manually reviewing tickets or relying on keyword searches, Hugi uses semantic analysis to automatically group related feedback, surface emerging issues, and highlight the most important themes over time.

With Hugi, teams can:

  • Sync Zendesk support data into one central feedback view

  • Identify recurring themes and customer pain points automatically

  • Track sentiment and urgency across incoming feedback

  • Spot trends over time and understand what is getting worse or improving

Data and privacy:

When you connect Zendesk, Hugi accesses your account using Zendesk's Global OAuth flow and reads ticket and end-user data needed for analysis. The data Hugi reads includes ticket content (subject, description, and comments), ticket metadata (status, timestamps, tags), and basic requester details (such as name and email) associated with those tickets.

This data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored within Hugi's infrastructure, where it is used solely to provide feedback analytics to your team. Hugi does not sell your data and does not use your support data to train third-party AI models. You can disconnect the integration at any time from within Hugi, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

How to install

To use this integration, your team must have an active Hugi account.

  1. Install or enable the Hugi integration from the Zendesk Marketplace.

  2. Sign in to your Hugi workspace at https://app.hugi.ai.

  3. Go to Integrations and select Zendesk.

  4. Enter your Zendesk subdomain.

  5. Authorize Hugi to access your Zendesk account as an administrator.

  6. Return to Hugi to confirm the connection and start syncing your Zendesk data.

Once connected, Hugi will begin importing eligible Zendesk data for analysis.
