Prerequisites:

Requires an Inkeep account. Sign in with your Inkeep account the first time you open the app.

Data Practices:

This app accesses the following Zendesk data:- Ticket data: Subject, comments, tags, priority, type, and custom fields — used to give Inkeep Agents the context needed to respond accurately.- User data: Current agent name and email — used to identify the signed-in user and personalize responses.- Organization data: Organization name — used as context for AI responses.
