Before you begin

Make sure you have an active RingOver Business account or sign up at https://www.ringover.com/en/pricing.


  • Sign in as an administrator to your Zendesk account, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.
  • In the App directory, select Browse, then find the RingOver app and click on it.
  • On the RingOver app page, click Install App in the upper-right corner.
  • Refresh your Zendesk login session. The RingOver app icon shows at the top right hand corner.
  • Click the RingOver app icon. The RingOver login page will open.
  • Enter your RingOver login and password, and you’re all set. ### User
  • Create a new account on RingOver for each of your team members (if not already done).
  • Each user will see the RingOver app icon at the top right hand corner of their Zendesk interface. They need to click it.
  • They will now automatically have access to all of RingOver’s phone features in their Zendesk account.
