Sometimes you have to put tickets on-hold and perform support actions later when it’s required. Resurrect app makes it easy. It allows you to schedule date and time when ticket will change status from on-hold or Pending to Open. You can set up views and triggers, so you agents won’t miss the moment.

  • First, get an API token. Go admin page -> Channels | API -> Create new token. Save it.

    • Install the Resurrect app
  • Enter any of your agents' e-mail. This agent's account will be used to reopen tickets

  • Enter API token you have just saved.

  • (Optionally) enter custom text ticket field id to store scheduled reopen date there.

  • Press Save
