This Zendesk app can be used in Japan. All of call features in CallConnect (Browser Call System) can be used in Zendesk completely. You can use CallConnect defaut features such like phone calling, pause, queueing, save memo or tags. When you start calling, you can watch the Zendesk user that matches with the call number. Reading with the past tickets, you can talk with them. Of course, if you connect with Zendesk in CallConnect, the call ticket will be created into Zendesk.
