In order to install the BuzzBoard app in your Zendesk Sell account, complete the following steps:
- Click the Install button to set up the BuzzBoard app in your Zendesk Sell account.
- After you get back to the app settings page, click on the Install button.
- You installed the app. Nice! Navigate to the Layouts settings page to change the app location.
- If you already have the BuzzBoard account, your Sell account will be automatically connected with BuzzBoard and you are ready to use the app.
Note: You should have the BuzzBoard account with the same email address that you are using in your Zendesk Sell account.
- If you do not have a BuzzBoard account you need to sign-up for one. Click on Subscribe to know more.
- After a successful login to BuzzBoard your BuzzBoard Sell app will be automatically connected and ready to use. Simply refresh the Lead/Deal/Company/People page to populate data within the BuzzBoard app.
