Integrating KMS Lighthouse with Zendesk improves the agent’s communication with the customer by making it easy for the agent to find answers to questions. You never have to leave Zendesk or switch browser tabs. This app will allow you to use Lighthouse inside Zendesk. Agents can use their Lighthouse Public API Keys and integrate Lighthouse to their Zendesk.
The app will appear in the sidebar on the right side of the agent's chat interface.
- Find your KMS Lighthouse secret key and domain name of your KMS Lighthouse from the Lighthouse portal. Refer your KMS Lighthouse product documentation to set the secret key or contact Lighthouse support. The domain name will be your installation URL. For example, yourcompany.lighthouse-cloud.com.
- Enter it in the prompted field in Zendesk during installation.
