  • Credential storage. The only items we persist are connection secrets (DB credentials, API keys, OAuth tokens). They’re stored securely, encrypted at rest.

Works fine for us! We use it for the connection to JTL WAWI A better integration from Zendesk would be great. But that's not a problem and for sure not a fact branch fail.

We pull data from Redshift with FactBranch. Great to have the data right next to the ticket. Their support is excellent!
