    Our Netwrix Platform Governance integration for Zendesk helps customers to push Zendesk tickets into NetSuite as Netwrix Platform Governance Change Request, enabling easy management of changes, seamless tracking of compliant changes and automate the reconciliation of change logs during audit.

    Data Disclosure

    This application collects and processes the following data to provide its functionality:

    Data Collected:- Zendesk ticket information (ticket ID, subject, description, status, and associated metadata)- User information (agent names, email addresses, and group memberships within Zendesk)- NetSuite account credentials (Account ID, Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Token ID, Token Secret) for authentication purposes- Change request data synchronized between Zendesk and NetSuite

    How We Handle Your Data:- Secure Transmission: All data transmitted between Zendesk, our integration service, and NetSuite is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.- Credential Security: Authentication credentials (Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Token ID, Token Secret) are stored securely using Zendesk's secure parameter storage and are never exposed in plain text or logged.- No Data Retention: This application does not store customer data on external servers. Data is transmitted directly between Zendesk and your NetSuite account in real-time.- Access Control: Only authorized users within your Zendesk instance who have been granted appropriate permissions can access the integration features.- Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties. Data is only transmitted to your designated NetSuite account.- Compliance: This integration is designed to support your compliance requirements by maintaining audit trails and change logs within your own systems.

    Your Responsibilities:- Ensure that NetSuite API credentials are kept confidential and rotated periodically.- Configure appropriate user groups and permissions within Zendesk to control access to the integration.- Review and comply with your organization's data handling policies when using this integration.

    How to install

    Below are the instructions to configure the Platform Governance For Netsuite integration

    Step 1: After installing the app, Zendesk shows on the installation page five fields related to your Netsuite account, you should complete this information and make sure that the Account ID field is in lowercase.

    -Step 2: The second setting that you need to do is in our setting page, that you can see in the left icon:

    • Netwrix Platform Governance Netsuite integration --> go to the tab called "Group Configuration".

    • You should set one of the Approval process that you have in the dropdown and the Zendesk groups that are able to do the Request and Approve actions.

    • After that, if you create a new ticket, you should see the app on the right side of the screen:
