Ybug s.r.o.About this app
Ybug is a visual feedback and bug reporting tool for your websites and web apps. By adding a lightweight widget to your site, you let your users, testers, or clients report issues by pointing directly at what’s wrong. They can draw, highlight, add a comment, and even record a short screen recording or attach files.
Here’s the part your support team will love: every report arrives in Zendesk as a ticket with an annotated screenshot and all the technical context captured automatically. We include the browser, OS, screen size, URL, and JavaScript console logs so you don’t have to chase anyone for device info. You’ll see the problem exactly as the user did, so you can get straight to the fix.
What’s included with every report:- Annotated screenshot of the issue- Browser, OS, and screen resolution- Page URL and JavaScript console output- User’s description and contact details
How we handle your data:To make this integration work, Ybug accesses and sends the feedback data you collect (including screenshots, technical metadata, and user-provided contact info) directly to your Zendesk account to create tickets. We store this data on our secure servers to ensure it’s available in your Ybug dashboard as well. We don’t access any other data in your Zendesk instance. You can find more details in our Privacy Policy.
Ybug fits into your existing workflow, not the other way around. Reports land in Zendesk as fully loaded tickets, allowing your team to triage and resolve issues without switching tools.
