The searching ability makes easy to narrow down to search attach my Asset with. Also picture attachment/ document attachment from Zendesk to Asset Panda is useful.

It has potential. Right now, this is just a plug in to allow access to Asset Panda right in the ticket. I would be fine with that but I cannot search for anything so I have to scroll through through thousands of records. It doesn't save me time at all, I might as well log in to Asset Panda and get the full web interface.
