Doesn't provide any inherent benefit over simply logging into the Endpoint Central console itself. As the other reviewer said, it would make more sense if the user's workstation was already associated rather than having to perform a search first and then connect. It would be ideal to have ManageEngine's Asset Explorer integrated as that provides a wealth of information as well.

Hello, Thanks so much for taking the time to share a detailed review of the App and your pain problems. We value your feedback and are taking immediate steps to address the issues you mentioned. And the update is we have started working on the " Auto Workstation Assignment " feature for the App. It will released in our future Zendesk App updates.

Once again, there is no real integration unless I'm missing something. I would think I could pull info from endpoint central agent and automatically utilize this information while submitting a zendesk ticket. So when a user submits a ticket it will provide computer name, ip address, logged in user at the time of submission...

Response from developer

And we request you to contact endpointcentral-support@manageengine.com to have a schedule a call to understand it better and provide you with a better solution.

This is somewhat useful. It would be 5 star app in my mind if it allowed you to associate Computers managed in Desktop Central with specific users in Zendesk.
