Natural Goods Berlin is an ecommerce brand and tools builder focused on making operations and customer support more efficient. We use Billbee as our ERP and built this app to bring the most important order context directly into Zendesk.
What this integration does
Shows Billbee orders for the current ticket requester based on their email address.
Displays key order details such as order date, SKUs, and a direct link to the order in Billbee.
Helps agents answer order-related questions faster without switching between Zendesk and Billbee.
Uses a lightweight backend service operated by Natural Goods Berlin to call the Billbee API and transform the data for display in Zendesk.
Data handling and privacy
The app uses the ticket requester email address to look up matching orders in Billbee. It sends the following data from Zendesk to our backend service:
Ticket requester email address
A backend access token configured during installation
Billbee API credentials configured during installation
Our backend uses these credentials only to call the Billbee API on behalf of the installing Zendesk account and to return order information to the app. We do not use this data for any other purpose, and we do not share it with third parties.
You remain in control of your data at all times. Removing the app or revoking the Billbee API credentials immediately stops any access.

How to install
Prerequisites
A Zendesk Support account with admin access.
A Billbee account with API access enabled.

Installation steps
In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations and open the Zendesk Marketplace.
Search for NGB Billbee Orders and click Install.
When prompted for settings, enter the following values:
- NGB Access Token: The token provided by Natural Goods Berlin
- Billbee API Key: Your Billbee API key from the Billbee settings.
- Billbee Username: The Billbee user that has API access.
- Billbee API Password: The API password for that Billbee user.
Click Install or Update to save the settings.
Using the app
Open any ticket in Zendesk whose requester email address matches a customer email in Billbee.
In the ticket sidebar, open the NGB Billbee Orders app.
The app will automatically read the ticket requester email and request matching orders from your backend.
Matching orders will be shown as a list of cards including order date, SKUs, and a link to open the order directly in Billbee.
If no orders are found, the app will display a message indicating that no matching orders could be retrieved for the current email address.
Troubleshooting
If no orders appear for any tickets, double-check that your backend access token and Billbee credentials are correct in the app settings.
Make sure API access is enabled in Billbee and that the user and API password are active.
If you continue to experience issues, contact your internal administrator or Natural Goods Berlin support.
