About this app
Help Center Health Check scans all your Help Center articles for broken links, images, and content issues. Get confidence that your knowledge base is healthy and ready to help customers.
Your Help Center is often the first place customers go for answers. But over time, articles accumulate broken links, missing images, and orphaned content. These issues frustrate customers and erode trust in your support resources.
Stop wondering. Start knowing.
What It Detects
- Broken Internal Links - Links to articles that no longer exist or have been moved
- Broken Images - Images that fail to load, leaving empty spaces in your articles
- Broken External Links - External URLs returning 404, 500, or other error codes
- Images Without Alt Text - Accessibility issues that affect screen reader users
- Orphaned Articles - Content with no incoming links that customers can't discover
- Dead-End Articles - Articles with no outgoing links, missing opportunities to guide customers
- Non-Semantic Structure - HTML issues like duplicate H1 headings
Key Features
- Multi-Brand Support - Scan multiple Help Centers from a single interface
- Smart Filtering - Filter by issue type to focus on what matters most
- Real-Time Stats - See issue counts at a glance with color-coded badges
