Since launching our chatbot with Eesel we've seen great improvements. Particularly like their past ticket training with filtering - makes knowledge management easy for the bot. Recommended!

The simulation mode is neat - it gave us a clear idea of what tickets we could safely hand off before flipping the switch.

Eesel’s multi-bot setup is excellent. We can create separate bots for different products, so customers get precise responses and internal teams have tailored support suggestions.
