Tip of the Week: Copying Other People on Tickets

You might have had a ticket come through where multiple people are needed to provide a complete solution for your customer. The CC option in Zendesk is an easy way to add anybody to a ticket so they’re included in the discussion! This week we explain how to add other agents, registered end-users and non-registered end-users (depending on your account configuration) to an existing ticket.
