To Configure Zendesk in Zoho Assist
Log in to Zoho Assist
Navigate to Settings
In settings, goto General>Integrations
Once the tab opens, click CONFIGURE
Enter the sub-domain and click ENABLE
Now enter your Zendesk credentials and click Sign In
