VIP User
Identify VIP Users simply.
- Retrieves information from user profile.
- Highlights Users who meet criteria.
- Works in the User Sidebar and the Ticket Sidebar for Requester.
- Available in English and Spanish.
- Choose a tag to search for in the User profile (See image ).
- App will highlight users based on User profile tags, not Ticket tags.
- Tags can be added to User profile in the Tags field or through custom User fields like checkboxes.
