Search TryviumDesk-Skype4B CTI in Zendesk APP Store(https://www.zendesk.com/apps).
Click "Install". This will prompt you for your Zendesk subdomain to install the app on and will open your Zendesk instance for further configuration.
Leave the default app configuration and click "Install" to complete the installation.
Once Installed ,TryviumDesk-Skype4B CTI application should be added in top-right of Zendesk toolbar.
