Installation typically requires the following steps:
- Create ticket field to store Tickler data (and add it to every ticket form if you use Zendesk multiple ticket forms feature).
- Install the app:
- Enter the field ids/key from the first step into the app settings
- Reload your Zendesk page and start to use the app.
