Schedule tickets in Zendesk by date and time.
The events are scsheduled in UTC from the a calendar. You can create new events or schedule existing tickets as events. Events are shown on the calendar colored by ticket status.
Three custom fields are created at the ticket level but cannot be updated by agents directly to prevent errant scheduling. These custom fields must be added to the ticket form.
Calendar will pull in previous days of events to help with long running events but longer events may not appear otherwise (events that start the prior day).
