You will receive by email an analysis report with the following indicators:

• Classification of all your tickets including the most recurring requests
• The requests for which data processing would have maximum benefit
• The requests that can be automated

This report will also include custom advice, based on the analysis of your indicators by our team. This enables you to minimize your response times while improving the quality of your customer service.
