SQL Connector loads customer data from your SQL database. It either displays the results in the app in the ticket sidebar or saves the data into ticket fields.
For the SQL Connector app you need a FactBranch account to set up the database connection.
First create an account at factbranch.com and connect your database.
Often used to connect databases on Amazon Aurora and Amazon Redshift.
Search by email address, phone number or any custom field you've defined for your tickets.
If the customer ID or order number are buried inside the ticket text, FactBranch can extract these numbers from the ticket using Regular Expressions and use them to get the customer information.
