After installation, please follow these steps: *Download and install Softphone.Pro 14-days free trial * Open Softphone.Pro Settings window * Navigate the Integration - Zendesk section at left panel * Enter your Zendesk subdomain and click Enable button * Click the authorization link * Copy your authorization code on Zendesk page and paste it to Softphone.Pro * Click Save button to complete integration
