Simple Auto Responder is a tool that will allow you to manage the automatic response to new tickets without autoresponse loops problem (that came from channel like Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter...)

How does it work?Simply by using Zendesk's triggers.

To use the Simple Auto Responder app, you must:
- Be using Zendesk Guide
Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar.
Select Apps > Marketplace, then find the Simple Auto Responder app and click the tile.
On the Simple Auto Responder app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner.
Create a new Api token (see Zendesk instruction Generating a new API token)
Insert the new Api token in parameter 'apitokenzendesk'
Configure your Zendesk following the instructions that you can find here: SimpleAutoResponder configuration
