Log into your Zendesk account as an administrator

Install the SABIO App from the Zendesk App Marketplace

Provide your instance URL (https://<instance>, login and API Key as described on the setup screen

Optional: Provide a Zendesk custom ticket field ID used for automated standard search against your SABIO instance
