To setup SABIO App for Zendesk:
Obtain your free SABIO trial at https://www.getsabio.com
Get your SABIO API Key at support@sabio.de
Log into your Zendesk account as an administrator
Install the SABIO App from the Zendesk App Marketplace
Provide your instance URL (https://<instance>.getsabio.com), login and API Key as described on the setup screen
Optional: Provide a Zendesk custom ticket field ID used for automated standard search against your SABIO instance
