Authorizing Reps AI:
Open a ticket and find the Reps AI on the Apps panel.
Click the authorization button in the app and you will be redirected to an authorization page from Zendesk.
Click “Allow” to authorize Reps AI to retrieve the necessary data in order to provide your team with the relevant insights.
Once it has been authorized, the app should be showing everything you need to make your team more efficient!
