Our Zendesk integration enables your support team to create, link, and track Receptive requests from within Zendesk. Any requests created in Zendesk can be linked to the original requester, ensuring customers automatically stay in the loop.
When tickets contain requests or feedback, you can:
Instantly create a new request using the details in the ticket.
Establish a two-way link between the Zendesk ticket and the Receptive request.
Link the requesting customer to the request in Receptive.
To install and set up the Receptive app in Zendesk:
- Install the Receptive app in Zendesk
Send the domain for your Zendesk account to firstname.lastname@example.org. For example, www.examplesite.zendesk.com. We'll quickly complete your integration setup.
To begin using the Receptive app in Zendesk, open a Zendesk ticket and click “apps” in the upper right hand corner to expose the Receptive app.
