Display some helpful data from Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a sales management tool designed to help sales teams manage sales processes. Our own team uses Pipedrive, and has found the need to display Pipedrive data directly in Zendesk. This app searches Pipedrive for the email associated with the selected ticket and then displays some helpful information.
This app requires your Pipedrive subdomain and api token. Your Pipedrive subdomain is the name supplied to Pipedrive to create your Pipedrive account. For example 'www.company.pipedrive.com' has the subdomain 'company'. Your api token can be found in your Pipedrive settings -> Other -> API.
