Before you begin, you’ll need your secret Observe.AI API key to connect your Observe.AI account with Zendesk. To get your API key, please contact us at email@example.com.
Click the Install App button above (on this page) to install the Observe.AI widget in your Zendesk account.
Enter your API key in the 'API Key' field.
Enter the Field ID where a unique ID for every call is stored.
- Click Update to save these settings.
That’s it! When you open a ticket, you’ll see the Observe.AI app in the Apps sidebar on the right side of the window (you may have to click the 'Apps' button in the upper right corner to open the sidebar). If the call is found in Observe.AI, you’ll see a link for complete call analysis.
