From within Acclaro’s client portal – My Acclaro – you can take advantage of the Zendesk connector to:
- Connect with your Help Center
- Select articles for translation
- Choose target languages and submit orders with Acclaro for professional, highest quality translation
- Automatically receive translated content back into your Help Center
- Review translation deliverables and request any necessary updates before publishing localized articles
Email us today at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started with localizing your Help Center articles.
- Sign into My Acclaro
- Go to the Content Connectors page
- Activate the Zendesk connector - enter your site location and when prompted, provide your login credentials
- Create a new My Acclaro Translation Order
- Select the Zendesk connector icon to open the file picker
- Navigate through your Help Center categories and sections to select articles for translations
- Upload selected articles to complete the upload files step of the create order process
- Complete the remainder of the order steps including selecting target languages, desired delivery dates and additional order details
- Submit your order for translation
- When translations are completed, they will be automatically uploaded to your Help Center account
- If you require updates to your translations prior to publishing, request through the My Acclaro portal
- When ready, publish your translated articles for your target language user communities to access.
