In order to use our Zendesk integration, all you need is a Zendesk Support account with administrator permissions, a Mayday account and a Mayday API key.
Create a Mayday account.
Get your Mayday API key from your Mayday integrations Zendesk settings.
Install the Mayday app in Zendesk Support using a Zendesk admin account.
Fill the form at the end of the installation with your Zendesk subdomain and your Mayday API key.
Go back to your Zendesk integration settings in Mayday and fill the form in part 3. Finally, authorize Mayday to connect to your Zendesk account.
