Setting Up Zendesk Integration
1.To setup this integration, first login to your Konnect Insights account 2.Navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu at the top of the page 3.Press on ‘Add Integration’ button to add Zendesk integration 4.Locate ‘Zendesk’ and click the button ‘Connect with Zendesk’ button 5.Head over to Zendesk and login to your account 6.Click the ‘Allow’ button 7.Zendesk account added successfully 8.Now select the ticket you want to send through and hit Send to CRM 9.Select account to send through and hit Send 9.The ticket will be visible in your Zendesk tickets!
