The Knowledge Backup app enables you to create an automatic backup routine with only a few clicks.
Once installed you can choose between several backup intervals (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) or manually trigger a backup of your knowledge base.
This is the free trial of the Knowledge Backup app, you can upgrade to our service plans at any time.

- Install the Knowledge Backup app from the Zendesk marketplace
- Configure your account
- Set an agent e-mail Note: make sure the agent has view permissions to your whole knowledge base
- Set an API token How? Learn how to create an API token here
- Open the app and create your first Knowledge Backup This might take some time based on the size of your knowledge base but will export your content)
- Download your help center snapshot
