The KnoBis app for Zendesk enables customer services reps to access KnoBis articles and Q&A within Zendesk, and empower them to deliver excellent customer service. KnoBis ensures every agent has the required knowledge, skills, processes and behaviors to optimize every interaction with customers.
Agents can click to view recommended content or search for specific content, including articles and Q&A. All of this happens directly within the Zendesk portal, making it super easy for agents to find and share the information they need to do their jobs.

During installation, enter the subdomain name of your KnoBis account you’d like to connect (e.g., “subdomain.knobis.co”) along with your user name and password.
You must be a KnoBis admin or account owner in order to integrate with Zendesk.
