Following are the steps for installation of Inditel Telephony App

  1. Download the Inditel Android App on your agent's Android phone from this link: http://inditel.cloud/download/Inditel-v2.apk

  2. Post installating Inditel App from Zendesk Marketplace, fill the one time installation form and ensure you check 'I confirm that I have downloaded Inditel Android App on my Agent's phone'.

  3. Navigate to settings in Inditel Android App, click on Enable Call API,

  4. Under the same setting, you will find agent's email address, put your agent's Zendesk Login Email Address in it. This way the Android App gets linked to the respective Agent Login
