  5. Invite your team, so they can use the Inbill app in Zendesk:
  6. Navigate to any customer ticket in your Zendesk portal.

The Inbill app in the sidebar will show your customer’s complete billing info and will enable you to charge, refund, add/cancel subscriptions.

In your Inbill dashboard you can now monitor transactions, agents’ activity and statistics.
