Display an iFrame in multiple locations

This iFrame app can be installed in multiple locations in Zendesk. You can use the same iFrame for the top nav, left nav, ticket sidebar, new ticket sidebar, organization sidebar and user sidebar.

Additional fields can be specified in the format ["ticket.id","ticket.status"] which will output your url and the parameters (Example: https://test.com?ticketid=1&ticketstatus=open)

Specify a url, additional parameters if needed, width and height to be used and which areas you want this to be displayed. Note: if you are displaying the iframe app in the top or left nav, you must navigate to one of the other options such as ticket sidebar (even if it is not chosen for display) before the app will be shown.

Additional fields are in the format ["ticket.id","ticket.status"] which will output your url and the parameters (Example: https://test.com?ticketid=1&ticketstatus=open). The additionalFields may also now be in the format { "zendeskfields": [{ "field": "ticket.id", "name": "myticket" }, { "field": "ticket.status", "name": "mystatus" }] } which will create a url like https://test.com?myticket=4&mystatus=new. Note that the additionalFields are dependant on location of the app and will not work in all locations. Please reference https://developer.zendesk.com/apps/docs/support-api/introduction for information on what fields are available at each location.
