This iFrame app can be installed in multiple locations in Zendesk. You can use the same iFrame for the top nav, left nav, ticket sidebar, new ticket sidebar, organization sidebar and user sidebar.
Additional fields can be specified in the format ["ticket.id","ticket.status"] which will output your url and the parameters (Example: https://test.com?ticketid=1&ticketstatus=open)
