The Humorikon, it's an application to bring to Zendesk, an appearance more friendly to the tickets response, with a simple visual, making a possibility to insert all the types of emojis in your tickets.

Search for emojis through a simple and agile method in a search bar!

The emojis are divided by categories!

To install Humorikon:

  1. Enter in your Zendesk Support Account, and click the Admin icon in sidebar.

  2. Select Apps > Marketplace, and search for Humorikon.

  3. Click the install button.

  4. Type the app name, and click Install.
