Get Satisfaction and Zendesk together bring together the best of peer-to-peer customer community and support ticketing for customer service. Topics in the community can be routed into tickets, managed and resolved in a traditional manner while problems, question, and ideas are also resolved in the community, lightening the load on your ticketing system and support staff.
From within the Get Satisfaction Admin section, click on the Zendesk sidebar menu.
The following information is required: Zendesk URL (e.g. https://yourcompany.zendesk.com) User credential: email and password
The Get Satisfaction Zendesk menu item will now be visible in every topic for users who are authenticated with moderation tools. You can now click on the Import to Zendesk button and create a Zendesk ticket from any post of Get Satisfaction.
