Once you've linked your SQL database, use a simple SQL query to create a dataset that will be used as ticket field values. You can choose to synchronize a ticket field that's already available, or create a new one directly from the Elements Connect administration.
Keep your tickets fields updated by manually re-syncing your ticket fields. Has your data changed in your database? Don’t worry: we’ll keep the original value selected at ticket creation. New values won't overwrite previously selected ones.
